Ball Violation Report

Hi Guys. Had a great time at the meeting tonight, as I do every year. Tom said that the Ball Violation Report wasn't on the front page and that you'd have to "dig" through the site to find it. That bothered me, so I'm posting this to the front page to tell you that it's part of our Forms Library located in the RESOURCES section of the site. Here's the link to it. Good luck with your play-off games.

The first, is the Playoff Overtime Procedures. This is a PDF file flowchart that you should print and carry with you to the playoff games to ensure you follow the correct procedure. You can show the document to the coaches if necessary to help them understand the procedures.

Membership Currently Open

Please go under the tab labeled OCSOA. Click on "Join OCSOA". Complete the online membership application. We will accept 20 new referees this year based on qualifications and experience. Membership applications will close on August 1.
